Drinks and watches game
And now something completely different…
Lat’s take it easy and play a game, a grown-ups game with simple rules: you have to love watches and you have to know how to enjoy bacchanalian pleasures. It’s simple, we start with a list of drinks and associate them to watches.
To get the ball rolling, I came with a list of seven drinks that I forwarded to my friends TimeCaptain and FormulaTime. You’ll find bellow their choices, as well as my selections. As you will see, in some of the case we agree, but usually we have totally different suggestions.
1. Beer

FormulaTime think that a TAG quartz would go well with beer. In the photo you have a TAG Heuer Carrera Quartz.

2. Scotch

3. Champagne

You can best enjoy a champaign with a lady, so I vote for CORUM – Golden Bridge Lady
4. Gin

FormulaTime skipped gin. For me, it would go well with the new Montblanc ExoTourbillon Rattrapante
5. Sake
This was easy, we all agreed on Seiko and TimeCaptain even specified it to be a Grande Seiko
6. Vodka
TimeCaptain would go with an A. Lange & Söhne. In this picture you have the award winning 1815 Rattrapante Perpetual Calendar
