As of today, you can pre-order on Indigogo, the Abissi 1000M and help Haldor get into production with their debut model. The story of Haldor started four years ago when a group of watch professionals and enthusiasts decided to make Swiss Made watches affordable, without compromising the quality.

Their first model, the Abissi 1000M is a 45.5 mm x 57 mm x 15.5 mm stainless steel diver’s watch, equipped with all the features you would expect from a serious tool piece: 4 mm thick sapphire crystal, 120 click unidirectional bezel with engraved Zirconia ceramic inlay, Swiss Super-LumiNova C3, helium valve, a big 7,5 mm crown, packaged in a design where form follows function.

Under the hood, they use ETA 2824-2 automatic movement adjusted to Top Grade, and they are going to further test and make adjustments until they achieve an accuracy of 4.5 seconds/day — an admirable goal from a young brand.

The best part is that you have 34 days to pre-order the Abissi at a discount, with delivery expected for April 2016. At the time of writing this story, there are still a few watches left at $545 with worldwide shipping included, one heck of a good deal for a watch with these specs and looks.
