H. Moser & Cie. to reveal a smart watch on March 9th

To tell you the truth, I was not expecting this… The independent Swiss manufacture, H. Moser & Cie., just published a press release and a teaser image of what they call, the world’s first haute horlogerie smart watch.
There are no details given about the watch, all they say is that it was developed in partnership with “one of the most innovative technology providers”, and it took their team more than three years of research and development. The watch is protected by multiple patents, having a “state-of-the-art ergonomics and functionality, a clean interface, selective connectivity and an extremely long battery life that will satisfy the most demanding users”.
CEO Edouard Meylan explains, “The H. Moser & Cie. smart watch stays true to the original character of our products, and it is an important milestone for the future of the Swiss watch industry.”
The watch will be unveiled on March 9th
